Agreement

By purchasing and using TashiOS, you agree to these terms. TashiOS is a cloud desktop platform provided as a subscription service.

The Service

TashiOS provides:

A dedicated cloud VPS with the TashiOS operating system pre-installed
AI-powered tools and applications (Vibe Coding, WP Developer, Chat, etc.)
A monthly AI usage budget based on your plan
Automatic software updates and security patches
Customer support via email

Your Responsibilities

Keep your login credentials and license key secure
Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
Do not use TashiOS for illegal activities, spam, or abuse
Do not attempt to circumvent AI usage limits or license restrictions
You are responsible for the content you create and store on your VPS

Plans & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe
You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from the customer portal
Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle
No refunds for partial months, except at our discretion
AI credits purchased as top-ups never expire and remain in your balance until used

AI Usage

Each plan includes a monthly AI budget. When your budget is exhausted, AI features pause until the budget resets on the 1st of the next month, or you purchase additional credits. AI requests are proxied through our API for budget tracking — we do not store conversation content.

Your VPS

Your TashiOS instance runs on a dedicated VPS. You have full control over your server's data. We do not access your files, code, or conversations. We may access server metadata (IP, version, status) for support and update delivery.

Uptime & Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers (hosting, AI providers, DNS).

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

Your VPS remains accessible until the end of the current billing period
After that, the VPS may be reclaimed and data deleted
Export your data before cancellation — it's your server, so you can download anything you need

Intellectual Property

TashiOS software is proprietary. Your subscription grants you a license to use it. You own everything you create on your VPS — your code, your content, your data.

Limitation of Liability

TashiOS is provided "as is". We are not liable for data loss, business interruption, or damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
